Respected Mr. Abdullah Abdul Bar, CEO of The Association of Private Universities and Institutes of Higher Education in Afghanistan, officially presented a soft copy of the diploma to representatives of the Katib University, Rana University and Carvan University, who had previously obtained a hard copy of the diploma from the Ministry of Higher Education.
Note: Honorable private higher education institutions that have already received a hard copy of the diploma from the Ministry of Higher Education, can now contact the Public Relations Department of the Association to receive the soft copy of the diploma.
